We started Netcomp in 2002 supporting small Brisbane firms that couldn’t afford a full-time IT manager and weren’t big enough to get attention from enterprise-focused MSPs.
If you’re running more than 100 workstations, we’re not the right fit and we’ll tell you that upfront. If you’re between 5 and 100 and tired of being a small client at a big MSP, we probably are.
Twenty-four years later, that’s still our client profile: businesses running 5 to 100 workstations, usually in professional services, medical, legal, or trades. We’ve deliberately stayed out of the enterprise end of the market — the way we run IT (personal response, direct access to the owner, no ticket queues) doesn’t scale past a certain size.
Proof that we’re in it for the long haul: 100% of our clients stay past their first year. 90% are still with us past three years. 50% past five. Most MSPs can’t touch those numbers.
Honesty
We publish all our pricing on the site. If something is not the right fit for you, we say so before you sign anything — even when it loses us the deal.
Responsiveness
Under an hour to every ticket during business hours. If we cannot fix it on the first call, we tell you when we will — and we stick to it.
Proactivity
Most of what we do, you never see. Backups tested. Patches applied. Security posture reviewed. You only hear from us when it matters.
